Lecturer (Akademischer Rat a.Z.)

Signal and System Theory Group

Biography

I was born in Arak, Iran. I received my B.Sc. degree from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), and my M.Sc. degree from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, all in electrical engineering. In June 2017, I joined the University of Paderborn as a research associate, where I obtained my Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in December 2020. I am currently a Lecturer (Akademischer Rat a.Z.) at the Signal and System Theory Group, University of Paderborn. I was also a Visiting Researcher at the University of Cantabria, Spain.

My research interests include multiuser communications, wireless networking, convex optimization, numerical optimization, statistical signal processing, MIMO systems and topics related to 6G.
